Medical Oncology Specialist
I graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 2003. I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Cerrahpasa in 2006, then completed my Medical Oncology fellowship at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2013.
Throughout my professional life, I have worked in different healthcare institutions. Between 2007 and 2009, I completed my compulsory service at Kagithane State Hospital, and between 2009 and 2010 I served as a physician at the Turkish War Academies Command.
Between 2013 and 2015, I worked at the Medical Oncology Clinic of Izmir Katip Celebi University Ataturk Training and Research Hospital. Since 2015, I have continued my clinical and academic work at Acibadem Health Group and Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydinlar University as a professor.
I am an active member of several national and international professional societies. My work focuses particularly on lung cancers, head and neck cancers, immunotherapy, and molecular targeted treatments.
